Paul Oliver participates with the Michigan CAH Quality Network to collect data and comparatively analyze data based on the core functions of the small rural hospital. These include Transfers, Pneumonia Transfers, Treatment of AMI and Inpatient Pneumonia, which is used to participate with the CMS data base through Q-Net.
All department have individual PI measures based on process that need improved or monitored.
