Each record is reviewed and elements abstracted into an STS database for national benchmarks. Meetings are held to review findings.

Covenant HealthCare participates in the Keystone ICU project with MHA and John Hopkins. This includes improving the culture of safety, daily goals, intensivist rounding daily, ventilator care and prevention of pneumonia, prevention of blood stream infections, palliative care, etc. Covenant has been recognized for the accomplishments as part of this project.
