hospitals that have participated in the 2008 Leapfrog Hospital survey
by September 30, 2008! Thanks to your efforts, our region has once
again exceeded the national average for participating in this
national patient safety effort.
For hospitals that have not yet submitted a
survey, the 2008 Leapfrog Hospital Survey is still open until
late March 2009. The MH&SC urges all hospitals to submit their
responses as soon as possible.
