A reference
for the federal Patient
Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 was inadvertently
omitted from the Commission’s final report and, while the
Commission’s authorizing
legislation is reproduced in an appendix of the final report,
we offer both here for those who find the details of these legislative
initiatives useful.
