Testimony
In October
and November 2004, the Commission invited testimony from a wide
variety of health care stakeholders and the general public. The
Commission held three public meetings
in November 2004 and invited written testimony from those who
were unable to attend. A total of 77 individuals and organizations
provided testimony verbally, in writing, or both. Three-digit
source codes were assigned based on the type of entity submitting
the testimony. We use these same categories to present the testimony
